Deliveries may experience delays due to the current COVID-19 situation.

We do not provide international deliveries. However, you may contact us at contact@shopfelicidade.com for more details.
 

LOCAL DELIVERY (STANDARD)

All local orders above S$100 in a single receipt will enjoy free Standard Shipping.

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days upon notification of payment received and verification of payment.

All local deliveries are via doorstep courier, J&T Express.

Standard Shipping is at a fixed fee of S$3.20. All Standard Shipping comes with tracking and SMS notification from the courier on the day of delivery. You will receive your order within 3-4 working days*.

*Does not apply if there’s BO or PO item(s) in the order.
 

BACKORDER (BO)/PREORDER (PO) ITEM(S)

If your order consists of a BO/PO item(s), your order will only be shipped after the BO/PO stocks are ready. Please purchase BO/PO item(s) in a separate order if you wish to receive the in-stock item(s).

Please make the BO/PO purchase only if you are comfortable with the waiting time and any unforeseen delays*.

*About 2-4 weeks.
 

WRONG ADDRESS GIVEN?

That’s okay! Making mistakes are part of being human. Contact us at contact@shopfelicidade.com ASAP and we will do what we can to help. We are more than glad to redeliver it to you if the parcel has already been shipped and/or delivered, and returned to us. However, do take note that an additional delivery fee will apply.
 

FAILED DELIVERY

Do take note that an additional delivery fee will apply in the event where the delivery man cannot reach you, and the parcel is returned to us.
 

NOTE

Contact us at contact@shopfelicidade.com in the event that the mail is lost or your parcel has not reached you within 7 working days (after your parcel has been dispatched to the courier). We will try to assist you with your parcel status ASAP.
