Felicidade’s refund policy only applies to orders made within our store, “”. All sales or transactions are final. Once your order is being placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled in the event that you change your mind. 


We do not accept refund or exchange due to hygiene purposes unless item(s) is sent incorrectly or defected upon delivery. You are not entitled to a refund or exchange should you:
– Damaged the item(s), misused and caused the fault
– Damaged as a result of you (or others) attempting to repair it


It may vary 0.5mm to 3mm due to items being made by hand, and all stones are individual and unique. 


Some items are made by hand and may be imperfect due to some small dents or bumps, and some stones/pearls may have slight imperfections. No two pieces will be exactly the same as well. These reasons are not considered a defect. 


We sincerely apologise for any incorrect or defective item(s) received. Please contact us at within 7 days from the date of delivery, with clear snapshots, together with your order ID for verification purposes. 

You will receive instructions via email on how to mail the item back to us via a trackable mode of postage once the request has been approved by us. In the event that your item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued to you.
